Arlo alerts that I receive in email on android or that I share to an andoid phone do no play. Clicking the link to the video goes to the Arlo netgear bird schreen, but usually does not play the video. No problem when link is played from desktop. Android setting I am missing?

what phone/device, what os version ?
Prob nothing your missing...have you uninstalled and reinstalled the app ?

I should add that on the androids I am using the Gmail app. So the alert arrives in gmail...either sent from the alert or sent when it is shared to someone who does not have the app installed. Clicking on the link from netgear in the android gmail goes to the arlo page with the bird/moving wings....but goes no further...usually. The actuall video does not seem to play most times. Rarely it does seem to automatically play after clicking on the link in email. -No problem clicking on the video in the arlo app library on the same phone...just the email link.

to be honest...don't have an answer. Run a S7/os7 and no issues.
