arlo not online; not connected to the same network

Hi ... Have 2pcs ARLo seen 2 different places one at home and one at work, almost at the same time, the base lost contact with the nette. They are not connected to the same network. When we plug in network cables comes and goes green for web. If it turns green constantly, it starts blinking immediacy when we try to log in. We are told that the base is not connected online. All routers and bases have been attempted reset without results

When turned on and plugged into an ethernet port, the Left most led is Green ( power ), then the center (internet ) will go green after a couple mins...then the right ( cameras ) go green when cameras are synced

So if the leds are not green, something is not correct...it is normal for the center/interent led to blink green ( data usage )
