I've been using Arlo app on my Samsung S20 phone for years. Recently, the app has started prompting me to log in to my account. Despite entering the correct user ID, password, and 2FA code, I consistently receive an "invalid factor data" error message. The app then asks me to request a new code. I've tried multiple times using codes sent via SMS and email, but the "invalid factor data" issue persists. This prevents me from accessing Arlo app on my phone.
Any advices ?
Thanks !

I finally resolve this issue by uninstalling the Arlo app from my phone device and reinstalling it back again. Not sure why, but it resolved this issue for now.
Thanks for checking in.
