after internet outage videos not uploaded to cloud

My Arlo Pro camera recorded something while the Internet was offline.  The recording was written to the usb flash drive plugged into the base station (model VMB4000)

 

When the Internet came back online however, the recording was not uploaded to the cloud. Anyone know if it is supposed to upload when the Internet comes back?

Nope. It doesn't. Probably would be a good feature to add. More like a sync. You'll have to pull your USB drive and plug it into a computer if you want to view the footage recorded while the internet was down
