I'm trying to add another hub and have tried to reboot and everything else just to continually get Your Base Station could not be discovered. Is there a solution?

If the base was owned by someone else previously, he needs to remove it from his account before you can claim it. You can also hold the reset button until the LED(s) flash amber. Let it reboot (~2 minutes) and then try again. If you happen to be using a VPN, disable it during setup.
