I got this email alert
Your Arlo 4XH47577C0490 is running low on battery. You’ve still got about 11% of juice left, but in order to maintain uninterrupted peace of mind, we recommend charging up the device as soon as you can.
I plugged it in and it would not charge. I removed the battery and ran it on electricity. It worked okay. I reinstalled the battery and it still would not charge. I am charging it using the cable that plugs into the camera.
The battery has only been charged once before and it worked fine. Any suggestions.

2 big things:
1) Make sure the cable is properly inserted into the camera. It may be a bit difficult.
2) Make sure you're using the Arlo charger which supplies both 5v and 9v. 9v is what's required to charge the battery while 5v is adequate to run the camera.
