Hi
I have the vmb4000r3 base model and 5 X pro cam, 2 x pro2 cam and 2 x Arlo go cam , it’s been like this beginning of the year lost connection every now and then and lately the app been Freezes up.
I tried to restart the base .
Can you help?

If your camera and/or Base Station goes offline, try reading these articles:

And if your app keeps freezing up, I would suggest to try reinstalling the Arlo app and rebooting your phone device to see if that helps.
