What settings do I need to adjust to get rid of the white circle in my outdoor camera? It works awesome all day and at dusk, but at night, the circle appears. I have changed the angle of the camera and position also. There are no lights reflecting into lens. Any help is appreciated.

Yes, I do have a skin on it. The camera is mounted to a cream colored siding but is shooting towrds the middle of back yard. Would the IR still reflect off that?

The skins can definitely cause the IR to reflect - I have one that does this. You can try pulling the skin back so the hood is as far away from the lens as possible but it may not be sufficient. Trimming the hood is what some folks have resorted to.
