Won't connect to ethernet? Worked the last 2 summers no problem. I updated the app. I tried numerous troubleshoots still nothing

What are the LEDs showing on the base station?

Green, blinking green and amber green is power blinking green is internet connection, amber is cameras

If the vmb4000 Base shows
steady green for power, steady green and/or flashing green for internet,
steady amber for cameras
then the base is working but has not been claimed by your account.
Make sure that the cameras and base station has been removed from your account first then try adding the base station.
You can use a pc connected to the local router by Ethernet cable, then use the pc browser to access the arlo website login my.arlo.com and add the Base station.
