Video saved to local storage: https://www.dropbox.com/s/pjoyn5tntft2678/LocalStored.mp4?dl=0

Corresponding video (I think) saved to the cloud: https://arlo.netgear.com/hmsweb/users/library/share/link/EB0D552FD07E7E6E_201709

Any one else has a similar experience??

This is awkward....

As I was checking the links I posted in my OP, the video I uploaded from the USB stick to dropbox played correctly.

However if I try to play it when it is plugged in my Mac Airbook directly, this is what I see: https://www.dropbox.com/s/rbp2kvwxyuauux7/Screen%20Shot%202017-09-04%20at%2021.07.57.png?dl=0
