Videos do not play on iOS since firmware update

Noticed since firmware update Friday, recorded videos will not play on iOS device.  Video record, captures in library, when play, only see snap shot image at start of recording and sound during the recording, but image never starts playing. 

Can view fine from web browser.

Benn reported before..seems to be an Arlo vs iOS 12 issue...

put out a report into Arlo support

Are You updated to the latest IOS version 12.3.2?

No still on 12.3.1 (.2 hasnt been pushed to my iphone 8 yet)

Good news is by late yesterday afternoon I was once again able to view video recordng playback with full video on my phone.
