Video not saving to USB drive at all times

Hi,

Others have posted about similar issues, but I would like to give my feedback too. I have a few Arlo Pro cameras with the VMB4000 base station. Though, I cannot tag my base station in this post because it is not listed; the closest one may be the VMB3000, so I tagged this one instead. I have an issue with the local storage of recorded vides on my USB drive with 32 GB of storage. The issue is that at least two times now, the base station have failed to save any videos to my USB drive for about two days in a row. The first time i noticed was in the midst of September, and the second one is right now. The USB drive has not stored any files since the morning of October 25th even though there were activity on my cameras yesterday and today. I find it strange, and the reason might be my home network, which is unstable sometimes, but I do not know what triggers the Arlo base station to not record video directly to the inserted USB flash drive. Does anyone from support have an idea of the cause or wants to look into it someday?
