Video length locked on both cameras?  Video length slider is non-responsive.

did you properly save after adjusting ?

Very common mistake, as the save is on the previous page at bottom

If slider is grayed out, first try and power button reboot the base and check again. If still NG, us remove device under camera settings and then bring back as if new

Removing the device and reinstalling fixed the issue.
