Video errors showing pure black screen with intermittent sound or full minute delay

Issue with my cameras. Sometimes they only show a pure black screen but transmit intermittent sound, other times the video and audio is fine except there is more than a full minute delay. Anyone ran into this before? Started all of a sudden and have not had this issue in the past. No noticable issues with streaming via the internet I have.

Try rebooting the base first.
