Video Freezes on Chrome

Some of my recorded videos freeze while playing back in the Chrome browser. This occurs in about (estimate) one in 8 videos.  It will play for the first 2-3 seconds, then freeze and will not play the rest of video.  The time slider cannot be moved in either direction when the video freezes.  This does not happen when I play back the same video on my Android device, or a Windows computer.  Only my Chrome browser.  I have the latest build on Chrome.  Most videos play fine on Chrome except as noted above.

Issues many times come back to Flash causing playback issues...

If you have D/Led the video already, and it is still stopping , try and install VLC player ( free) and see if the video plays the same there
