VMS4130 Mobile app not working

Mobile App is stating "Your session has expired. Please log in"

What does this mean? Where do I log on? Mobile App won't allow me to do anything.

If the app is causing an issue, try doing a forced close of the app and re-start

Also, you simply tap the screen to clear the message and then use your credentials to log in.  I either have to type in my password or use the force close method mentioned above when this happens to me.
