VMB4000 After recharging the battery my camera does not work.

After recharging one of my camera's the camera will not dectect motion. There is no lights of any color. Do I need to resych it to the base station?

When you first insert the battery fully, does the blue LED flash briefly, indicating it's getting power? If not, it could be a bad battery or camera. If it does flash, try resyncing it.
