I connected my VMB4000 as directed and was not discovered  by Arlo app

I performed a factory reset as indicated in other similar situations and didn´t work

In both cases first two leds are green and only the cameras sync is orange and blinking

I tried to open live chat on my Mac (using latest version of chrome) and didnt have any reply

I am extremely disapointed on my Arlo recent investment.

any suggestions??

The Camera LED being amber means the base needs to be claimed but blinking is usually an indication that a camera is at max range. Let's ignore that for the moment.

So, the power and Internet LEDs are green, right? And the devices you're trying to use to claim the base are on the same network? Are you using a VPN for any reason? If so, disconnect it. Using the Add Device selection on the Devices tab, choose the base station and follow the prompts about connecting Ethernet and power. Does that work? If not, what do you see, including error messages? What do the LEDs aon the base do while trying to claim as well as afterwards?
