VMB3000 with 5 Arlo pro not connecting

In not able to add my system, since they change to this new app Arlo Secure I am not able to connect not even after a reset, I’m tired and frustrated

Is this a new install or was it working before? If the latter, the app change has no bearing since the camera was already in your account. Assuming you really have an original Pro camera (please verify), you also have a base station in your account. Is that currently working? Do you have any other cameras connected to the base and are working?
