i cant connect the arlo base station to the internet. i have called comcast and they opened ports 443 and 80. it is still not connectiong. any other thoughts

Comcast was no help. They told me they opened ports but it still isn’t working

Amber Internet LED means the base is connected to the router but the router isn't allowing connection to the servers. Comcast has been the culprit in the past so have them open ports 80, 123 and 443 to arlo.netgear.com in the router.

Any suggestions on what else to tell them or just try again!
