I had a vmb3000 base station that was working perfectly until a week ago. The system indicated that a firmware was needed and since then the base station doesn't work. It keeps a message that says the firmware could not be updated. I did a factory reset and the same problem appears. Any suggestion?
Thank you very much

The only other way I can think of to force an update is to remove the cameras and then do a full factory reset.

After the reset it should update when brought back as new.

( not the easiest to do, but if it's not working that may be yr only choice )

Thank you very much for your help.

I already did that 3 times, but the problem is the same. It forces a firmware update that never works.

Best regards,

Carlos

Call Arlo support, talk to the Manager and get an RMA of the base station. I had the same issue with mine and they replaced it. Arlo is really crap now a days.
