VMB 4000 power and internet lights green but iPhone app will not discover any Arlo device

Model VMB 4000 not on scroll down list. Poor start to process.

For starters, this section is for the original wireless cameras, not the Pro (VMB4000). Note that most of the selections are for SYSTEMS, not individual components.

 

You don't mention it so I'll ask - is your phone on the same network (WiFi) as the base? It won't work on cell service to configure the system initially. If so, try a reset - hold the reset button until the LEDs flash amber. After the base reboots, try claiming again.
