Using arlo pro on boat at Marina

Can you use this camera on a boat? I have public wifi available but the signal is not consistent. I am working on getting a wifi booster or repeater for that issue. How can you set up camera so it can be viewed remotely on my home computer and  also on our cell phones. Thanks!

The better choice would be a Go camera which uses cell service for Internet access.  Otherwise you're at the mercy of the flaky WiFi.  Use of a WiFi extender might be useful so the base can plug into that (the base must use Ethernet) but seems like you'd need to just try it out.
