Unable to save the camera name for any settings. Cannot get it to change channel I drive up.

I have an Arlo pro 2 six camera system integrated heavily into iOS and are you home bridge as well to incorporate ring I am experiencing the same as the not being able to save the camera name for any settings it first off it started with the setting for motion alerts and then started again then it went from there to the other one sensitivity the sensitivity of ocean and then I went to this thing now where it I can’t get it to change the channel I drive up but about 15 times now and I’ve reset the password, still give me a black frame was nothing to do.
