I know this may sound strange, but load up Chrome and try that.... just in case it is the browser.

I have the same exact issue!

Did you get it resolved?

I'm starting to have more and more "issues" with Firefox...after 15+ years I may have to say goodbye.

jack007,

Consider testing another web browser (Chrome), do you see the same behavior?

I was able to get it to work with Chrome. I had to download and install it.

But I don't use or like that browser. I would preer to be able to use Firefox.

Also, I was unable to use Internet Explorer.

Perhaps Netgear can figure out why it doesn't work with such a popular and prolific browser?

Great product though!!!

Thanks so much!

Generally, Firefox works fine as long as it and Flash are up to date.

Go to tools, addons in firefox and see if shockwave flash is set to always activate. That is how I fixed this problem livestreaming from my arlo camera.

I have no problem with my IPhone or IPad but won't work with Firefox on laptop or desktop.  I have tried with Chrome and IE but no luck,  Was working perfect for the first few weeks until there was an update with Firefox

Live view requires Flash to be enabled. Check your settings on any browser to ensure Flash is enabled for at least arlo.netgear.com.

I was able to fix my problem with downloading the new version of Abode Flash and turning to the section on the addon section settings to leave it on all the time

Amazingly, after the latest FireFox update, it works!

I'm using 56.0.2 (64-bit).

Just wanted to pass it along and thank all the helpful people here!
