Hi there. Is anyone else having frustrations with the support systems? I have been bumped off the Live Chat after more than an hour waiting at least 4 times, similarly with the telephone call centre. While I do understand that there is reduced staffing it should not impact on the connection time. I have checked my end and there is no issue with connections. I have used landline and cell phones to make calls. The last conversation I had on Live Chat was that I would be contacted within two working days for the resolution to my query. That was over a week ago now. Has their system got COVID-19????
