Trying to add friend allow all 5 cameras and manual alarm but getting error message

Trying to add a friend and allow all 5 cameras and the manual alarm. If i select manual alarm the email won’t go through. I get an error msg “that type of device can’t be added” if i deselect manual alarm it will send the invite. If i send invite then select manual alarm before the friend opens the email they get the error msg. Tried from iPhone app, internet explorer and google chrome on pc. No luck. Please help.

That's because you didn't also select the access rights for your friends.
