Trouble getting second iphone to get on account

I’ve sent push notification from my phone to my wife phone and I can’t get it to work

We had all that set up. Finally after 8 th try it connected.

Not sure what you mean by this. She must log in using the Arlo app with notifications enabled in the phone settings for the app to be able to get them.
