I got this message while logging in on my desktop. I created an account, got granted, accepted, and then tried logging in a second time and received this message. ( This invitation has already been accepted. Please ask the account owner to reinvite you to view their account.)

You could see if clearing cookies helps but the primary owner may need to delete you and re-invite.

Did you perhaps let the browser autocomplete the URL?  The "create account" link has an embedded token that should only be applied once.  If autocomplete kicked in, it might have included that token.

 

If you simply click on this link do you see the same issue?
