This Arlo device is offline

When Arlo base station restarts some of my cameras (1 or 2) fail to come back on-line. It is not the cameras because I can restart the base station and then a different camera or cameras will fail to come back online. The only way I can seem to get everything online is to remove batteries from the cameras that did not come back on-line. This is a major issue since I am using these cameras for security on a property that is over an hour away from my home. Has anyone else experienced this same issue or resolved?

Hey @bobwalker9,

Make sure that your Base Station and your cameras are on the latest firmware. Which cameras are you experiencing that are showing offline?

All devices and Base station have the latest firmware applied. I have restarted the Base station twice already this morning and two of the cameras will not connect.

Try resyncing them.

Is there a way to resync remotely with them being off-line. The whole issue is that this constantly occurs and the cameras are installed at a location over an hour from my house.

You will need to resync the cameras at the location.
