I can't view my library via direct storage access. On the correct wifi everything working. I also can't get port forwarding setup. I know it was done correctly and used the correct ports. Of course if you don't pay you don't have access to support. Complete garbage product. Done with Arlo.

Did a factory reset and fixed it. Now I just need to get a ladder to get my high mounted cameras to bring inside and set back up again.
