The blue light on the camera does not light up to show it is fully charged.

When I go on line and check the battery for one of my cameras it shows it is charged at 99%.  I have it pluged in the electrical outlet using the cord that came with the Camera.  The blue light on the camera does not light up to show it is fully charged.  

My other cameras I have installed all work are OK, Blue light on and 100% charged..

While it's possible that you have a bad camera or battery, first make sure the LED setting in Settings, My Devices, your camera is enabled to show full battery charge.

 

Try swapping batteries around to see if it makes a difference.
