The VMS4230 cameras dont sync to base station at all

New user of Arlo Pro here , the cameras dont sync with the base station despite multiple tries (at least 30times of trial on each camera)

Do you have the base station all set up? What are the status LEDs displaying on the front? 

 

What steps are you taking to sync the cameras to the base?
