Sync of camera

I cannot get the camera to sync to the base station. When I remove and replace the batteries, I get a blue light but when I press the sync button nothing happens.

You can try wiggling the sync button (make sure that's the button you're pushing and not the battery door one since tey look similar) but if it's a hardware issue you can either swap at the store or open a case with support here.
