I am very close the cancelling everything because Arlo takes your money each month but will provide NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT. Does anyone know why all 9 cameras are ONLINE but the TWO SECURITY LIGHTS ARE NOW OFFLINE? Those lights have given no grief and now BOTH are suddenly offline all by their little lonesome? It seems like a firmware update gone wrong but I WOULD HAVE NO IDEA, YOU CANNOT REACH A HUMAN BEING!

If you have a subscription, then you can get phone support via the app.  Go into the support section, select a camera in the the subscription plan.  Then scroll down to the Contact section, you should see an option for phone support there.

If you changed routers or wifi, then you will need to onboard the Arlo Bridge again.

If not, try rebooting the bridge (just unplug it, wait a couple of seconds, and plug it in again).

You might also want to look at the troubleshooting section in the manual:
