While watching a live video feed I get choppy video and a spinning wheel will appear for a second on and off. It makes watching live video almost impossible. I'm not getting a "no connection" message and all four cameras have a solid full signal with the furthest camera being 30 feet away.

My setup: 120mbps down/10mbps cable internet/Netgear Nighthawk X4 router w/ CAT 6 cable to Arlo base

Eye,

 

While trying to view live are you on a PC, tablet or smart phone? If PC the browser may be causing problems. I had a much worse problem. Switched out browsers and have had zero problems since.

I'm on the app (iPhone 7), tried it both on wifi and LTE with the same results.

It could be an interference issue between the cameras and the base station. Consider relocating the base station, making sure to limit the nearby proximity of any wireless devices that could be causing interference.
