Sound will be detected but not motion

My cameras will detect sound but will not detect motion. I’ve checked all the settings and double checked. All seems to toggled on.

Have you tried pulling the camera battery for 10sec to reset it?

Is the motion detection utility working in the camera settings menu?

Thank you, I took the battery out and put it back in so it’s working now. Again, thank you!

With my cameras I find this occurs mostly when I replace with a fresh battery, I need to wait and check the motion detection is working before descending the ladder.
