Solid blue light but smarthub not reinstalling. It was a working system . VMB5000

So my recordings were having buffering issues on playback. Tried power cycling the smarthub and then all my cameras were all showing as offline. The blue light is solid. Tried to reset by pressing reset button.  Cameras still show offline. Tried to remove all the devices 3 cameras plus the smarthub itself. Now I cannot reinstall the smarthub, despite a solid blue light. Tried my android phone and chromebook with no luck. I have reconnected the ethernet connection as well. Please give me some straws to grasp I'm at my wits end. This was a working system til I messed with it.

Start by holding the reset button on the base until the LED flashes amber. Let it reboot and try claiming it again.
