Solar panel Model #: VMA4600-10000S Stopped working

Purchased Arlo pro 2 camera sustem with 2 VMA4600 solar panles in Dec 2017. System and solar panels worked fine until last week, One of the solar panels stopped charging. Have disconnected and cleaned connections and wire plugs. Have deleted and reinstalled the Arlo Pro camera it is connected to. Have taken  camera and connected it to the solar panel which is working and camera shows it is charging from other solar panel. Have plugged camera into AC charger and camera charges fine. I can only assume that the solar panel has failed. please advise as how to proceed in getting replacement panel. Thank you

Thanks. Have contacted support. Identified faulty cable causing the problem.
