So now arlo is not making us subscribe after I bought new cameras from arlo? Wtf?

They tricked people again!!! Extend the return policy!!! You messed this up!
So, I bought new cameras from arlo after their little EOL email but now I just got an email that basically says “never mind we lied” & now I have these new cameras waiting in a box to start using in April that require a subscription. I don’t want them now that you say my old ones will keep working!!!

Are you going to take these new ones I ordered back that I didn’t use yet even though it’s past 30 day return policy since YOU CHANGED YOUR MIND AGAIN! They’ve  never been used and I was told I would have to get new cameras and/or pay a fee. So how are you going to remedy this???

 

Way to make me mad again!!! Wtf?

 

you should accept returns of these cameras that are unused and were purchased after the EOL original email since it is you that lied!! You falsely told me something and you lied! 30 days is not a rule when you falsely TRICKED people into buying something they don’t need!!!!
