I have set my motion sensitivity all the way down to 1 and it still goes off during snow events. I want to be alerted for motion in case it is a person however don't want to continually receive false alerts and recordings for snow. I have the camera approximately 7 feet off the ground underneath an overhang somewhat out of the elements.

I get recordings during a blast of snow but not during most snow events. I suspect you're setting sensitivity in the wrong place. Use the Mode tab, click on your base and edit your modes to set the sensitivity. Be sure to save.
The sensitivity setting in the Motion Detection Test is only for the test and doesn't save.

Thank you for your response. I did have the sensitivity set to 1 and still received alerts, however it was a blizzard. Good to know about the motion test. It quit snowing so I will set the sensitivity again and see what happens.
