Skins/boots for Arlo Pro Cameras when installed prevents cameras from night vision mode. WHY?

Installed skins/boots on my Arlo Pro cameras and lost my night vision. They were installed right. Took them off and my night vision returned.

The Arlo Pro Skin should not disable night vision. What behavior did you see with the skin on the camera? Could you provide a screenshot?
