Frustration. I follow the manual precisely yet there is no siren on my base figure in settings/devices. I click on the figure of a base and nothing. All I'd like to do is set the volume of the siren.

Go into mode and add the siren as a device to the camera that you would like to trigger it. Once added click on the pencil icon to change volume and duration.

If you go to Settings > My Devices, you will notice that there are two bases listed. The second one which is indented with a symbol in front of it is the siren. I would suggest renaming it to indicate that it is a siren. Then follow what @Streak2 suggested.
