Shared account video not showing up

Just set up the an Arlo Pro system with 3 cameras. Everything works perfect on my phone and desktop. The account is shared with my wife. She can see everything but when a motion alert shows up she receives no video of it and no indication that video was recorded. Her phone just lets her know that motion was detected. 

 

Any help would be great in resolving this, as this is her toy, she just asked me to set it up....

They finally loaded with a loooooong delay. They showed on my (master account) in a couple minutes, and hers in a couple hours.

In your account (presuming your account is the master account), go to settings, grant access, click her name. Then check that all of the cameras she needs to be able to see are checked/ticked. Also, consider checking the box at the bottom that Allows Access Rights so she can download and share videos etc
