Setup Doesn't Work. Amber Light Flashes

Please give more information. What lights are on on the base station? What exactly are you doing and what is happening? If the LED on the front of the camera is Amber, it's likely that the camera battery needs to be charged

Just got new camera today. Put in 4 new batteries. Pushed setup button. Light on camera started blinking blue and after 10 seconds camera light turned to amber. Error message said, if light is amber, try again. I have tried numerous times, always same result. Could new Duracell batteries be bad?
