Setting Up New Arlo Pro Base

Just bought the Arlo Pro. We already had an arlo base with two cameras. I added the third camera successfully to our first base, however I could not add anymore cameras. 

I then disconnect our first base and connected our new Arlo pro base. All lights are green and the middle green one is blinking at times.  Neither my phone or computer can identify our new base. I am stumped. Please help

Hold the reset button until the LEDs flash amber on the new base and try again.
