Second user can't find base station

Primary user all set up and works great with base + one camera, but Second user can't find base.
Primary user have granted access rights for Base + Camera, sent email invite,
Second user created account, confirmed account and email. Downloaded app, logged in and started searching for a base station, but no base station to be found.

- How can I make it work? Am I missing a step?
(Primary user on IOS, Secondary on Android, but I guess that shouldn't matter)

When you say second user is "searching for base station"  do you mean are they trying to set it up? They do not need to. Or are they trying to find it in Mode setting?

Thanks for your response,
It was after opening up app the only option was to search for base/camera, so I suppose it was mode Setting.
However after reinstalling base+camera and updating the app for the primary user all of a sudden second user got straight to the having the camera connected instead of searching for it. I’m not exactly sure what part solved it but I’m very happy to finally have it working.
