We’ve just bought a second hand “new in box” Pro camera from eBay.
Given we obviously have cameras for security, can anyone foresee any issues there may be by connecting a camera that someone else may have already connected to their own account or worst case been able to install malicious software?
Is there any way connecting a cam previously aligned to another account could give someone access to our system?
Can I do a hard/factory reset or give Arlo the serial number to check it’s only in my account since we aren’t able to access log files yet?

Hi @Moggs33
If the product is new, you can add it like any other base station/cameras. If the system was in fact used & the previous owner did not remove the base from their account, you will not be able to complete the setup process until the base is deleted from their account.
