Scan capability for camera that will cycle once with 5 sec clip per camera? Possible?

I’m looking for scan capability for all my cameras, that will cycle once and about a 5 sec clip per camera.This will provide me with operational information.
if the camera is functioning and connecting,
are there any obstructions to my view,
I currently have 10 cameras and at least twice a day I perform this task to make sure the system is running correctly

You'd have to use IFTTT or similar to do this.
