Samsung Galaxy S7 will not discover my base station

Arlo Pro was originally installed on Samsung Galaxy S7.  Worked great for two years.  Suddenly the Samsung Galaxy S7 will not discover the VMB4000 base station, there indicating the devices (base station and cameras are off-line).  Any suggested changes for the Galaxy settings or must I factory reset the base station?

Are you seeing the base station when you browse with a PC to my.arlo.com?

Currently running a 4000 base on an S7, so I'd prob rule out the phone as an issue...

tho an un-install and re-install of the app may help ( and as mentioned, check the web access )
